Authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a local touch
Our menu is rooted in the Mediterranean philosophy of cooking: simple, seasonal, and fresh. What makes it truly special is its local character, reflected through our collaboration with fishermen from the Crikvenica area, as well as small-scale local farms and producers who understand the value of high-quality ingredients.
We offer cold seafood starters such as tartare and carpaccio, traditional fish stew (brudet), local specialties like Crikvenica-style “rupice”, fresh shellfish and crustaceans, along with handmade pastas and carefully selected meat dishes.
The menu changes four times a year to follow the rhythm of the seasons and ingredients, ensuring our guests always enjoy a fresh and authentic culinary experience.
A wine list of carefully selected labels
At Burin, we believe good wine deserves the same attention as the food. Our wine list features around 100 labels, thoughtfully curated in collaboration with our sommelier team.
You’ll find wines from Kvarner, Istria, Dalmatia, and Slavonia, along with selections from Italy, France, Spain – and even bottles from as far as Australia and Argentina.
The focus is on balance: we want every dish to be matched with the perfect wine, and every guest to receive a recommendation tailored to their taste.
Throughout the year, we also host wine evenings in collaboration with winemakers and distributors, offering guests the chance to experience Burin in a new and exciting way – through perfectly paired food and wine.
